My morning run was not enjoyable today. It’s so hot that it felt like I was continually running into a wall! The reality is that most of the country is experiencing a hot and dry July. Yes, the new trend in lawn care is painting that brown grass green. You can even select the shade. According to the companies providing the service, painting your grass green will improve the curbside appeal and value of your home or commercial property! Painting grass as a way to increase real estate values…. Who would have guessed it?
Maybe assessors should consider painting grass as a way to increase property tax revenues. Improved value means increased property taxes. And all you need is a lawn sprayer and some paint.
